This panel will identify the types of scripts that are best suited for low budget film, and provide information on inventive budgeting, financing strategies, giving specific tips on negotiating deals with vendors, crews, and talent. Confirmed panelists include Sam Kitt (Producer, Love & Basketball), Julie Lynn (Producer, Nine Lives), Phil Morrison (Director, Junebug), and Ted Kroeber (Producer, American Gun).

Case Study: Robbing Peter
The Low Budget Summit will conclude with a screening of the film Robbing Peter, followed with a discussion and Q&A session with writer/director Mario F. De la Vega, producers T. Todd Flinchum, Lisa Y. Garibay, and members of the creative team.
