Bahman Ghobadi
Bahman Ghobadi

Bahman Ghobadi was born in the Baneh province of Iranian Kurdistan in 1969. In 1992 he moved to Tehran, where he studied film and worked as an assistant director to Abbas Kiarostami. His first feature-length film, A Time for Drunken Horses, was awarded the Caméra d'Or at Cannes.
